Total Eren in Australia:
Total Eren’s Australian office is based in Melbourne with expertise across development, engineering, financing, construction and operations of renewable energy projects.
The team is currently in the final stages of commissioning of Total Eren’s first project in Australia: Kiamal Solar Farm in North-West Victoria with a nameplate capacity of 256 MWp/ 200 MW (KSF) and in advanced development for Stage 2 of Kiamal Solar Farm (194 MWp). When completed, Kiamal Solar Farm will be Victoria’s largest solar farm.
Total Eren is also developing the 300MW Middlebrook Solar Farm in New South Wales.
Its team is composed of experienced professionals with a successful track record in delivering renewable energy projects in Australia (Boco Rock Wind Farm, Bulgana Wind Farm, Taralga Wind Farm, Sapphire Wind Farm, etc.) and capabilities across the whole value chain from development through to grid connection, financing, construction and operation. Michael Vawser (co-founder of Wind Prospect and CWP Renewables where he contributed to over 1.6GW of projects committed to date) is leading the team.
A Corporate PPA Pioneer:
Total Eren has been at the forefront of the corporate PPA market in Australia, with three corporate Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) signed to date: two PPAs with Mars Australia (20 years across Victoria and NSW) and with Zero Emissions Water (ZEW, a consortium of 13 Victorian water utilities corporations). Total Eren is able to demonstrate a high level of tailoring to identify and meet actual corporate needs through a bespoke competitive PPA arrangement.
