Wrap-up: Corporate PPA Training ‘Bootcamp’ Melbourne, 10 – 11 October 2023

This October, we held our Corporate PPA Training Bootcamp featuring experienced energy buyers and industry experts sharing knowledge with participants through scenario-based activities to support renewable energy procurement. The attendees of the 1.5-day bootcamp came from a diverse pool of sectors including Dairy, Finance, Construction, Education, Government, Research and Packaging.

It was a fun and educational day-and-a-half, and we’d like to extend our thanks to our experienced Buyers Faculty members – from BUPA, Newcrest Mining, Fulton Hogan, Barwon Water, Sims Ltd, City of Melbourne, the Victorian Energy Collaboration (VECO) and Monash University.

Sessions also featured BRC-A member experts from EnergeticsSchneider Electric, CORE Markets, Presync, Octopus Investments and Baker McKenzie. Thanks to all for generously sharing your knowledge and time.

To continue bridging the gap between buyers and suppliers, we held Ask a Retailer / Ask a Developer session featuring BRC-A members Octopus Investments, Atmos Renewables, Tilt Renewables, Red Energy, Diamond Energy, Flow Power and Smartest Energy – who bravely took questions from our corporate energy buyer participants. Thanks to all of you for joining the conversation!

With out Bootcamps wrapped up for 2023, we are now gearing up for more Bootcamps in 2024, so if you are interested in this course, please express your interest.
