Purpose
A key step in the procurement process is building your business case. To do so, you must:
- Define your key internal drivers. For example, managing costs and/or meeting your Net Zero commitments.
- Understand your electricity use, including your load profile.
- Develop your initial case for engaging an external consultant. For instance, you may implement a preliminary evaluation of alternative such as a standard retail contract, GreenPower, identification of key sensitivities, risks, and mitigation methods.
