Webinar 3rd March: Next Gen PPAs – What value can Demand Flex & Thermal Storage add?
Register below to join our lunchtime webinar at 12pm on Tuesday 3rd March!
What are Next Generation PPAs? Business Renewables Centres Australia, RACE for 2030 and A2EP will join forces at this webinar where electricity purchasing and energy management innovation will meet to explore the following key questions:
– How can energy management innovations like energy flex and thermal storage deliver better, smarter PPAs?
– How can large C&I energy buyers’ access these and other energy management innovations for better pricing and emission reductions?
Next Generation PPAs will integrate energy management innovations into your electricity purchase (PPA). C&I companies are now integrating options energy management innovations such as demand flexibility, electrification, thermal storage, firming, behind-the-meter renewables and storage, supplier/client (Scope 3) loads, Precinct Renewable Energy Zones (REZ) distributed energy and other options to further reduce costs and emissions.
To help us understand what’s possible, this webinar will feature our expert panel:
– Jarrod Leak, A2EP, on Thermal storage.
– Gilles Walgenwitz, Energetics ERM on Demand Flexibility & PPAs.
– Ben Spencer and Roy Ghandi, Schneider Electric, on Thermal Storage & PPAs.
This series is a part of BRCA’s NEW Next Gen PPAs Program. We are inviting companies with large commercial and industrial energy use//facilities (especially NGERs Reporting companies) operating in Australia to participate in a program to reduce energy costs and emissions.
This Program will support energy buyers to integrate energy management innovations with a PPA purchasing process. If successful, the Program will cover up to 80% of the energy advisory, legal and program/facilitation costs for six PPA processes – we are currently seeking Government funding for this project.
