Enel Green Power (EGP) Australia is part of the Enel Group, an Italian based multinational integrated Group leader in the renewable energy sector and the largest in Europe in terms of market capitalization, installed capacity and EBITDA.

EGP Australia is Enel’s renewable subsidiary with a presence in more than 30 countries, over 1200 power plants, and a managed capacity of almost 49GW across a generation mix which includes wind, solar, geothermal, hydropower, and is at the forefront of integrating innovative technologies, as battery storage and green hydrogen production, into renewable power plants.

In Australia, EGP has developed projects in association with local partners since 2017. EGP’s first project, the 275 MW Bungala Solar Farm, thanks to a joint venture agreement with the Dutch Infrastructure Fund, is one of the largest photovoltaic projects in operation in Australia. In September 2018, EGP has been awarded a 15-year support agreement with the State of Victoria for the 34 MW Cohuna Solar Farm. Moreover, EGP is expanding its portfolio throughout NEM and WEM with a substantial pipeline of solar PV and wind projects under development.
